Kenny Torres
Founder & President
Kenny worked in banking before moving into the construction trades. Born in Puerto Rico and raised on Cleveland's West Side, he served as a field operations manager at Gilbane Building Company and as program director at the Spanish American Committee.
There he launched the Latino Construction Program, a six-week pre-apprenticeship course that has placed nearly 150 graduates in the trades since 2017. Today he teaches Latino entrepreneurs how to start construction businesses, serves on a union job-readiness board, and co-founded Rising Hispanic Professionals.
